SHAPES & VOLUME
In this lesson, we will learn Mastering the Strokes and train the motor memory of your hand and also handling the tools, understanding the role of line, shapes, and volumes in the larger picture.
LINE OF ACTION AND DYNAMICS
In this lesson, we will look into walking stories in our daily life, Line of action, motion, characterization, action in a body & using simple shapes, line and volumes to build up a body postures and gestures.
EMOTIONS & EXPRESSIONS
In this lesson, we will cover a character’s body language & explore various emotions, and expressive behaviour.
PERSPECTIVE AND FORESHORTENING
In this lesson, we will be studying 1,2,3-point perspective and their implication on volume distortion & also learn to apply perspective on character, bird eye view, worm eye view, atmospheric perspective, etc.
CHARACTER DESIGN
In this lesson, we will be focussing on character isometric view and turn around, defining features and personality.
DIGITAL PAINTING
In this lesson, we will explore the digital medium. We will design the character in digital format and also cover the lighting basics.
STORY STRUCTURE & STORY BOARDING
In this lesson, we will be researching and structuring a story, tips and tricks to effectively write a compelling story and also covering visual composition, panelling, story flow & visual direction.
An artist, animator and engineer, Abhishek has been using design techniques to solve problems and make our lives simpler.
Design always fascinated Abhishek and he wanted to implement the basic concept of design in every domain. He innovated new ideas as opposed to what society thinks of art. He took up mechanical engineering in college to carve out his own niche in machine design. He can make a mobile application, a website, a film or illustrations or animation etc. His domain is not specified. This made him diverse in terms of thoughts and applications. There is no limitation to design in solving a problem. He finds digital application which originates from traditional methods of journaling ideas that addresses an issue, communicates a message or highlights an inspiring study. Product design, Animation & Storytelling became a part of his specialisation to drive his problem solving outlook.
From making software designs, animations to making a brand identity and social media marketing he has worn several hats.
Today Abhishek hopes to keep learning and innovate better designs to make our lives simpler.
